Kim
I've always been a visionary.
The kind of person who sees possibility everywhere and believes deeply in what people are capable of.
For years, I lived in that high-energy space of dreaming, building, and doing...until I looked up one day and realized something important:
I wasn't actually leading my life, I was simply surviving.
Like so many high-capacity leaders, I thought that working harder was the answer. More hours, organization, strategies, books, podcasts, systems...basically, more hustle.
If I just kept going, everything would fall into place.
But hustle has a ceiling.
Alignment does not.
When I discovered the Enneagram, everything shifted. Not because it "told me who I was," but because it finally gave language to the deeper motivations behind why I led my life the way that I did.
The big vision, the rapid-fire ideas, the desire to make everything better, right now, the resistance to being boxed in, the passion for people and experience, and yes...the moments I pushed myself past capacity. (And not in a good way!)
As an Enneagram Type 7 with a strong 8 wing, I was designed in such a way that can bring joy, energy, boldness, and possibility into the room. But it was the Enneagram that showed me how to pair that with grounded strategy, aligned decision-making, and leadership that feels purposeful instead of pressured.
And that's where everything changed.

I'm a certified Enneagram Educator, Coach, Speaker, and Team Workshop Facilitator with years of experience partnering with business owners, executives, and teams through leadership development, communication strategy, and overall aligned growth.
I believe every leader has a unique internal design. A blueprint for how they communicate, make decisions, navigate stress, build relationships, and cast vision.
When you understand your blueprint, you stop trying to lead like everyone else...and start leading as the most powerful version of yourself.

A LITTLE ABOUT MY LIFE
I’m based in Louisiana with my husband (an Enneagram 2 and Air Force firefighter), our two incredible kids, and a home full of creativity, conversation, curiosity, and food experiments — usually sourdough.
I’m a coffee lover, a future-focused dreamer, and someone who believes we’re all called to lead in the spaces we’re placed — our families, our teams, our communities, our businesses.
I value authenticity, humor, meaningful work, and helping people feel seen and understood. At my core, I’m here to help others grow — not by becoming someone new, but by becoming more fully themselves.
